Strange white dot hovering in the sky

Can anyone else see this?

I’m in the Energy Corridor and we have been tracking a white dot in the sky. It is towards the Northwest and in the last 3 hours has moved only a minimal distance. We checked out the star map and it doesn’t appear to be a planet. If it’s a satellite I’ve never seen one move so slowly. Any thoughts?
