Strange poster on Westheimer?

It was on two sides of a box i couldnt tell what it was but it was near an at&t store i believe. It had very…triggering images, to say it lightly, of women and girls faces and mouths. There were some qr codes on it but i didnt have time to figure out what that was all about. It had a caption that said all girls go to heaven.

Does anyone know what that is? If it's something bad can someone take it down pls that would be cool.
