Stone Mill Bakers Texas Herb Bread & Cheese Cream Pumpkin Muffins

This is a bit of a long shot, but I thought I’d at least give it a shot.

Growing up, my mother always took us to Stone Mill Bakers off of Kirby. My mother always adored the Texas Herb Bread and the Cream Cheese Pumpkin Muffins. Unfortunately they closed their doors around 2019.

She’s been in poor healthy lately and I’ve been wanting to bring back some things she used to love to have to cheer her up. It’s been a nice trip down memory lane so far.

But I was wondering if anyone had any recipes or suggestions of places with anything similar to the two items I’ve mentioned?

The cream cheese pumpkin muffin is probably the easiest to recreate flavor wise and I’ll be trying to recreate it over the next month. But the Texas Herb bread has me stumped. I was never good at identifying flavor profiles. I did find one article that did mention a bit on the flavor, comparing it to an everything bagel so I might start there. But any suggests would be greatly appreciated.
