Stolen bag-pack at rice village 2k reward

Hi,

My bag was stolen in Rice Village, in front of The Teahouse. Two guys in a red car broke the window and took the bag. It only contained a folder with my research from the past year.

They may have dumped it somewhere. The backpack is black no brand, and the binder is a white labeled "R-P-301."

If anyone sees it, please let me know.
