Still No Stable Cell Reception

Houston, 1960 area here. Day 7 of intermittent service. I'll have these little 5 minute bursts where cell service returns but then it'll go back to no service.

I haven't heard any updates from any of the major carriers.

Anyone getting stable service? Anyone heard any news regarding the service outages?
