Still no running water in Houston since winter storm (5th ward area)

Our water meter broke and we were told we needed to call the city so they can come fix it. I called 311 last week and was told they are working 24/7 and couldn’t give me a time frame as to when they would send someone.Said all I can do is wait my turn, and they will send someone to come see if it’s their responsibility to fix or ours..

We’ve been patient and thankful we didn’t get internal damage, but we are starting to get more concerned now as it’s about to be a month without water. Don’t know what else to do, any additional advice is greatly appreciated.
