Stewart Information Services Corp. names new chief legal officer, extends CEO’s contract

Houston-based real estate services company Stewart (NYSE: STC) named a new chief legal officer and chief compliance officer to replace the current leader in the role, who plans to retire in early 2023. The company also gave the CEO a raise when extending his contract.
