Steak recommendation in Houston

Looking for a steak / steakhouse recommendation in Houston (staying downtown).

Favoring quantity – and a casual atmosphere. This is to satisfy an 18-year-old's voracious appetite and desire for a steak while in Texas. I realize this may be an odd request. 🙂

Hoping for something other than TX Roadhouse, Longhorn, etc., which we can get back home. Something more "local". Willing to drive a little. In fact, will be driving in from Corpus Christi and back to Dallas on this trip if there are options outside of the city.
