Steak house options please between space centre and airport.

Hope you can help please with some great steak house suggestions, looking for that Texas authenticity if possible.

Arriving internationally for an overnight stay at 1400 before an onward journey the next day.

Time scales are tight so hope to do a super quick NASA tour( to say we have been and get some snaps) then a dinner before bed.

Looking for a great authentic Texas steakhouse that’s on the route back from the space centre to our airport hotel.

My girlfriend is pescatarian so need to factor that in too.
