Stays near MD Anderson?

My dad is scheduled to have surgery at the beginning of August, so I’m helping my mom find a long term stay beginning at the very end of July and through the whole month of August. I’ve looked at corporate housing but am getting lost in all of the options/companies and pricing. AirBnBs tend to be more expensive than I thought too.

Ideally, we’d need a 1 bed space around $2,500 a month. A shuttle and/or proximity to MD Anderson is essential because my mom will be visiting there daily while my dad is inpatient.

Does anyone have experiences or recommendations? Thank you so much!!!
