Staying in Houston in a week! Looking for help on parking

My girlfriend and I are going to Houston in a little over a week for 5 days and we're going to be staying near the Toyota Center. I was hoping for some parking tips or recommendations as the place I'm staying only offers free parking from 6pm to 7am.

I heard it's hell finding parking but I have to imagine someones figured it out and is down to bless me with their knowledge.
