Staycation: Hyatt Regency Houston or Le Méridien Houston Downtown? Or somewhere else?

My wife and I are going to Nate Bargatze for my 40th at NRG on 4/26 and since we've had kids, we haven't been out much. We're looking for a Friday-Sunday Staycation and here's what's important:

Important:

1. Not a lot of kids

2. We love to drink

3. Nice restaurant in or around hotel

4. Same price scale as the two mentioned in the title

5. Room service
