‘Stay off the roads’: Officials warn of icy travel, fire hazards; Montgomery County warming stations operating Feb. 16

As another subfreezing day dawned in Montgomery County and the Greater Houston area Feb. 16, officials cautioned to stay off the road and be prepared for another round of winter weather overnight through Feb. 18.
