Starting over in real estate/ HR/ Recruitment

Hello, in my mid thirties and have been laid off from my office job. I have seen people become successful in real estate. I don’t have a real estate license, so thinking about joining a company to get me started. I know the first year will be rough, (hopefully just the 1st year 🤞), but I am willing to put in the work & effort. If you are currently in real estate, please give me some tips. I am considering HR/Recruitment as well. All and any advices are appreciated, thank you!!
