Started a new job, and it seems like the boss is stealing tips.

Hi… as the title says, I just started a new job last weekend, and it has been less than professional. I did a 3 hour training shift? Before signing ANYTHING legal, and a coworker said she had to REQUEST to get paid for the same thing. She also mentioned nobody knows where the tips are going(which are a good amount, it's a drink shop), and it's fair to assume it's probably being pocketed.

I haven't been paid yet and the automated payroll hasn't been set up, should I wait and see to report this? Most of the people here are under 18 kids who don't know that that's illegal. How would I even report this? Thanks!
