Stanford Ponzi scheme: 15 years later

CNBC did a follow up story on the continuing fallout of the Stanford Financial Group’s Ponzi scheme for the 15 year anniversary of the bust two weeks ago. So many people don’t even know that the second largest Ponzi scheme in world history (behind Bernie Madoff’s) was operating right under everyone’s noses in Houston.

Allen Stanford is in prison for the rest of life, but he’s still fighting against victims’ legal efforts to recover their funds, in true sleazebag fashion.
