St. Louis style (Imo’s)pizza in Houston area?

I heard that there’s an Italian restaurant somewhere in the greater Houston area that sells “St. Louis style” pizza. I’m specifically looking for pizza that replicates Imo’s Pizza by using Provel cheese.

Do any of you know which restaurant this is?
