St. Andrie questions

Hello! Me and a friend drove through Houston for a trip and dined at Truth bbq. Upon looking across the street, we see an HEB with an apartment complex on top and we began to get curious. To anybody knows or to anybody who currently lives there what is the guest parking like. So if you live there and you had a friend come over who drove their car where would they park? Is there a parking garage for guests and tenants? Any other information at all about those apartment’s in general would be informative. Like what is it like living there with all the amenities close by.
