Springs Window Fashions to close Patrician Window Coverings plant, lay off employees

The Patrician Window Coverings plant in Webster is slated to close early next year, and all of its employees will be laid off.

Parent company Springs Window Fashions LLC informed the Texas Workforce Commission that closing the plant at 12556 Old Galveston Road will affect about 95 employees.
