Spring Training advice

My 2.5 year old daughter and card-carrying Astros Buddy is constantly pretending to be Altuve when she's not pretending to be a character from the Nutcracker ballet or Jesus Christ. Constantly sprinting up and down my hallway screaming "Altuve is running!"

We want to take her to Spring Training next year. I have been to one Spring Training game in WPB, but when would be the best time of maximizing my chances of getting a pic of her with Jose or autographs from players? Trying to create a core memory and really lock in this fandom.
