Spring to Eldridge Pkwy

I live in Spring off of FM 2920 between Kuykendahl and I45. I have to be at Eldridge Pkwy and Briar Forest at 8 am tomorrow. I am worried about traffic and which route to take. I have easy access to 99. I am wondering what time you think I should leave and which route to take.
