Spring-area parents, providers face child care obstacles

Many parents throughout the state—including in Spring and Klein—have dealt with increased wait times to secure spots at child care facilities, and officials said the problem could be further exacerbated by the halt of federal and state funding disseminated early in the COVID-19 pandemic.
