Sports bar with outdoor seating / plays sound

Hoping to meet my friend and watch the Astros but hoping to find a bar that plays the sound, has outdoor seating, and preferably within the loop or in the memorial area (near one of us). Hopefully not an unrealistic request. Thanks everyone.
