Spinach Enchiladas — any restaurants make them like Jalapeños restaurant (closed for a long time — used to be at Westheimer/Shepard)

Just had a flashback craving for these … there's a "copycat" recipe floating around on Chron — but I was hoping that some of you remember these and know a place that has similar ones.
