Spicy Chinese Chicken?

So for the longest time I loved the China Max at West Oaks Mall that recently shut down solely for the spicy chicken they had. This wasn't your regular gen joe's chicken, this was other level. Boy was it spicy! It was a reddish brown colored dark meat chicken with celery, carrots, onions, and jalapenos. This combined with fried rice was phenomenal.

Now that they're shut down, I'm left with a deep void. Where can I find something similar to this? Cause it's not found at your typical Chinese restaurants.
