Spiciest Food options in Houston

My father in law is visiting and really enjoys VERY spicy food and I am looking for recommendations if anyone has any. Previously, our go to was Thai Gourmet but since they closed I don’t really have a good recommendation anymore. Thanks for the help in advance.
