Spending birthday mostly alone. What are good places to go solo?

My birthday is this Monday, April 1st. I’ll be having brunch with family in matagorda county but otherwise have a free day to travel somewhere solo.

I grew up all over Houston and haven’t lived there since 2019. Any suggestions on where I could spend the day solo?? I’d prefer southwest houston (even better if in sugarland or near the area).
