Speeding neighbors question

[Serious] We just moved into a new neighborhood, and there is one house with multiple people who speed down the street. We have two children who play outside. Other neighbors have children who play outside too. Four families on our street have all expressed concern about the speeding neighbors. We don’t want to make enemies, or threaten anyone, but it needs to stop. What should we do?
