Specialized welding classes?

I’m a freelance florist and trying to diversify my skill set. If I could learn to weld metal structures like arches and other structures there’s a decent market for other florist to commission me.

Is there any classes for welding that offer a more specified route? I have absolutely no idea how the whole process works. Don’t necessarily need to learn how to do anything intense like underwater welding.

I have a feeling if I just took a class at a local trade school or community college there would be a lot of it that wouldn’t necessarily be relevant to me but I could be wrong.

I’d mostly be working with aluminum and maybe steel rods/pipes/sheets.
