Speaking as a Lions fan with zero knowledge of this organization: What is the Hold Up with this Organization?

I am mainly asking if it is talent, Front Office nonsense, or organizational failure. This team has fired multiple coaches in the last few seasons, but maybe that's a scapegoat for drafting?
