Space Center Houston COO aims to engage public with new food, programming post-Covid

When Mary Baerg, Space Center Houston’s COO, attended the center’s Halloween event last year, she was dressed as the Greek goddess of the moon, Artemis, complete with a glowing moon in hand. She said children came up to her wanting to know more about Artemis’ story.
