Space Center Houston

Hi, my parents are planning a visit to the Houston Space Center and I’ve been browsing their website, but I still have some questions. If you’ve been there, can you please give me some advice?

I purchased the Adult general admission ticket + the Mission Control Tour through online paying extra money. Travelling control tour is scheduled at 12:40pm and they will be a Space Center around 10:30am. Can they tour the other two tram tour together at 12:40pm or do they have to sign up for the seperate two tours before then? If I need to sign up separately, how long does the two tram tour takes?

They are not good at English so I want to make it clear so that they don't miss anything. Please advise if you visited there recently. Thank you!
