Southwest Freeway-Montrose Area

What’s up with the sunken in part of the Southwest Freeway in the Montrose area underneath the bridges? The wall in some areas is falling apart and is in need of a good pressure wash and replanting. Has anyone seen any plans from TXDOT or the city to clean up this area?
