Southbriar HOA?

Hi Houston friends! Do any of you live in the Ashford Village area and if so, could you give me some details around Southbriar Community Association? We’ve never purchased a house with a mandatory HOA, and you hear horror stories but they seem okay – great even. Would love some future neighbor insight. We can’t wait to close on the house but want to make sure it’s right for us before our option period is up!
