I know that sounds crazy but I bought my car used from someone and they stripped the screw for the back license plate. I’ve had my temp tag taped to my back window since I got it and been pulled over twice. One cop even tried to put it on for me and couldn’t get it. I went to a few auto shops around here and they say they cant “modify my car” because they would have to drill new holes for the plate.
