Something in the power grid blowing daily in 3rd ward. This happening anywhere else?

Happens daily, sometimes twice a day. Every UPS in my house clicks, my lights flicker, and half a second later I hear an explosion. It's been going on for nearly two weeks. At this point, I'm surprised we still have power over here. Not sure what exactly is blowing, and yesterday it caused a surge that fried my microwave.

It just happened again this morning at about 8:05am.

This happening for anyone else? Anyone know what's going on?
