Someone to sign lease with me for July!

Hi all. I hope this isn’t against the rules.

I am a soon-to-be college graduate from NOLA moving to Houston for work in July. I would like to sign a 15 month 2 bed 2 bath lease at an apartment complex in Montrose starting early July (I have a specific one in mind that I was able to tour). I expect total rent to be $2400-2800, before fees and utilities. Free and ample parking.

I’ll be working crazy hours downtown (and some from home, probably in my room). I’m looking for someone who is clean and quiet, no smoking and no pets. You will get the same from me 🙂 Also looking for another woman for safety reasons. Ideally early to mid twenties.
