Solovey Candied Salmon

Does anyone know where I can buy candied salmon similar to the ones from Solovey Kitchen? I’m not talking about the regular smoked salmon you get from Costco or grocery stores.

Solovey’s site says it’ll take around 5 weeks to process orders, so looking for possible local shops to support.
