Software co. Raptor Technologies acquires UK firm, nabs Thoma Bravo investment

Houston-based school safety technology provider Raptor Technologies LLC announced an acquisition and new financing on Oct. 5.

Raptor Technologies paid an undisclosed amount to acquire U.K.-based software firm CPOMS, which develops an online system to safeguard students and improve student outcomes by documenting incidents of abuse, cyberbullying and other issues.
