Socially distanced AND dog friendly indoor space with wifi where I can study?

This feels like an annoyingly specific question, perfect for Reddit! 🥴

To keep it simple, my home space is not conducive to studying, and I need somewhere to go. I need wifi and, of course, to have distance from people because of Covid. I will wear a mask (obvi). The real issue is that my dog is very old and needs to be with me for a variety of reasons. She is under #30, a non-barker and literally just sleeps at my side. She is VERY easy and chill.

I just moved here for grad school, so I’m not terribly familiar with Houston yet. Both Indoor / outdoor space suggestions are welcome, but indoor is certainly more helpful with the weather as it is at this time.
