Social queues as a texans fan

Hey so I have some social issues on understanding social queues and I was just wondering something for the Watson case.

I've been seeing all over this subreddit and r/nfl on how if Watson left, we would leave too. I dont understand if this real majority decisions or not. Can you please help me understand? Thanks!
