Sober Living Recommendations

A friend of mine in Houston (west side) is looking for sober houses, communities, and general parenting advice for her 30 year old son. He’s been on drugs (heroin, meth, marijuana) for 10+ years. He’s been living at home with her but she’s finally kicking him out. He’s never lived on his own. What are some good strategies/resources available, beyond NA and Al Anon? Any advice on how to transition him to quit drugs, find a job, and just become a responsible adult?
