So what exactly makes Jon Weeks good enough to be a pro-bowl alternative?

This is legitimately just a curiosity post and not bashing him. I legit will sound like a casual, but I have no idea how people are able to differentiate LS quality.

What exactly does he do that sets him apart from other LS?
