So for example…there’s a guy that pistol whip and robbed a tire shop, pushed down the wife, stole 2k money from them. Got found a few days ago, given 60k bond which is 6k at 10% but many bonds man are accepting 1% or 2% so in theory he could get out for 600 or 1200 which means the money he stole from them would allow him an out.

The bail bonds man industry is fighting to keep things like this. Basically we are being forced by these man hunger interest groups to endure this. They don’t care about poor people or minorities but they care about their pockets

This county is fucked. To be honest only a few bonds man are doing 1 or 2% and many are doing 4 or 5%
