So professionally, is UHCL an awesome college, a joke, or something in between?

So I always thought UHCL was even better than UofH and was fairly prestigious, but now, I know of at least 2 people who have both obviously cheated (and graduated) and lacked the professional ability that I would normally associate with a master's degree (having been someone who tutored them) and I just don't know if it was 2 flukes or if UHCL is not really as "good" as I originally thought. Thoughts?

Bonus question: is getting a degree there worth it's weight in the job market? Or do employers just say "lol UHCL" and toss your application in the garbage?
