Sneak down still possible?

I tried to do my research but I wasnt able to find an answer in regards to levels. Im seeing upper level tickets starting at 38 for a game at the end of the season.

First off if I were to buy upperlevel how hard would it be to sneak down? At whitesox games they actually have an entrance specific for upper level, so the only way to go down is scanning a second time and having a different ticket.

Secondly, if there are better/cheaper ways to buy tickets im all ears but seatgeek, tm, stubhub are all reporting $40+ minimums. Or should i consider waiting or is this inline with what prices have been for the astros?
