Smoked Marlin
I just came back from Puerto Vallarta and really enjoyed smoked marlin. I have never seen this before but it was very common as a filling. I was under the impression that these little restaurants were smoking the fish themselves, but apparently, it seems smoked marlin is readily available in the supermarket and everyone gets it this way.
Does anybody know of a store in Houston that sells this?
