Smokable CBD hemp is now illegal to sell in Texas, and any seller of consumable hemp needs to register for a license with TX State Health Services.

Consumables includes drops, capsules, gummies, and tea flower.

Just a heads-up. Requires a background check and of course some licensing fees.
