Small/Local Fiber providers that will build fiber to your house

I was researching this topic and read that some smaller providers will actually take on the construction of fiber from your house to the nearest point of fiber (if there is one) in order to win new customers.

Has anyone worked with providers like this or are aware of any that do this service?
