Small crawl space inspectors

My new home has a small crawl space with cross beams that makes it impossible get a good look of the subfloor. Does anyone have any recommendations for an inspector they’ve used maybe with technology that can look for mold termite damage and related? I’ve been in the house over a year and want to get the space inspected now that I’m feeling some soft areas in my wooden floor. Thank you!
